Salary: �120,000 Contractual bonus Car allowance
Through inspirational and progressive leadership the role requires co-ordination of group-wide safety, security and resilience programmes across London HQ locations, Regional office hubs in the UK and Ireland
Direct management of six functional heads, contract guarding companies and specialist outsourced advisors and consultants.
Lead and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the companys Incident, Crisis and Continuity Strategy, CM Plan and Response Capability.
Candidate profile:
Extensive public sector and corporate experience in the areas of safety and security, business resilience, risk, crisis, fraud and threat management.
Background with significant safety, security and business resilience leadership experience and delivery of Enterprise Risk Management models covering multiple locations.
Must possess an understanding of terrorism and corporate crime threat, targeting strategies and mitigation steps, along with experience implementing these steps in the public and private sphere.
Demonstrated experience promoting and implementing effective safety and security programmes and competence in delivering tabletop drills and emergency exercises, and leading responses to actual crises.
Devising, prioritising and managing annual budgets
Training and undertaking performance management of direct reports.
Strong organization skills with ability to work across organisational boundaries and interface with clients and law enforcement agencies.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment with rapidly shifting deadlines.
An understanding of the UK legal system and judicial practice and legislation such as PACE, RIPA and DPA
