Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is currently seeking Tactical EMTs/Medics for deployment to Somalia. Tactical EMTs/Medics work as a integrated member of an armed Personal Security Detail (PSD), providing diplomatic customer and team contractor personnel with life-saving and routine care.
Please note that these positions are based in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care to security team personnel, customer personnel, and others at the direction of the onsite Team Lead, including invasive and pharmacological interventions within the Scope of Practice and in alignment with company-provided Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG)
Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions
Drive the lead vehicle, principal�s vehicle, follow-vehicle, and/or acting as response agent whenever required in motorcade or similar operations
Maintains assigned protective formation position during principal�s walking movements
Participates in advance security preparations
Mans the security post at the principal�s residence or mans the command post, or other static post as required
Qualifications
Must be a citizen of Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or other Western European nation
Must have served with a military or law enforcement service
Must possess current licensing or certification as either an Emergency Medical Technician or Combat Medic (evidenced through recent military records); Advanced EMT licensing is preferred
Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent certifications
Must have experience/knowledge in current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines; TCCC certification is preferred
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of emergency medical services experience (military or civilian)
Must be physically fit
Previous combat deployment experience is preferred
Regional language skills are desirable (i.e. Arabic or similar)
Upon Acceptance
Must attend an intensive pre-deployment training program that requires significant physical exertion
